Warranty & Service Policy

Installation Warranty
If an issue is caused by our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge. Travel costs apply based on distance.

Equipment Warranty
Equipment supplied by OntarioStarlink is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. If the equipment qualifies for warranty replacement, there is no charge for the replacement hardware itself. Labour and travel costs still apply unless otherwise stated.

Non-Warranty Service
Our standard service rates are $190 for the initial service call/first hour and $140 for each additional hour, plus travel costs based on distance and the cost of any required equipment.

Manufacturer Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval. We will assist customers with warranty claims for equipment we supplied, but we cannot modify or extend the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.
